UI/UX Designer

About the job

We’re looking for a product-minded UI/UX Designer to join us on a remote, project-based engagement, with strong potential for ongoing collaboration. This role will be instrumental in shaping and refining our web experience; driving clarity, usability, and conversion through thoughtful design.

You’ll work closely with our team to translate ideas into intuitive, high-impact interfaces. This includes assisting with the design process from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, while continuously improving user flows based on both insight and iteration.

We’re looking for someone who understands that great design goes beyond visuals, someone who can balance aesthetics with function, ensure consistency across the product, and make deliberate decisions that align with user needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing high-fidelity mockups and polished UI for modern web products.
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and translating ideas into intuitive user flows.
• Demonstrated understanding of user experience principles, including usability, hierarchy, and interaction design.
• Experience working on live products, with a focus on improving usability, clarity, and conversion.
• Ability to collaborate closely with developers to bring designs into production.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced environment.
