Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead Shopify, WordPress, and Webflow projects from start to finish.
- Plan, manage, and monitor every phase of web and IT projects.
- Organize and conduct project kick-off meetings and workshops.
- Gather project requirements and prepare clear project briefs.
- Coordinate internal teams and external service providers.
- Ensure quality assurance through testing, performance checks, and final project delivery.
- Maintain structured project documentation and regular status reports.
- Support clients after launch through ongoing improvements and optimizations.
Requirements
Professional Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project management.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, and Webflow (or at least one of these platforms).
- Good understanding of:
- Web Design
- UX/UI
- Web Development
- Native-level German and strong English communication skills.
- Russian or Ukrainian language skills are a plus.
- Basic technical knowledge of:
- Hosting
- Domains
- Website Integrations
- SEO fundamentals
- Experience with:
- Figma
- Trello or Jira
- Slack
- Notion
- Ability to guide designers and developers effectively.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
