One of our clients, a US-based marketing agency specialized in financial advisors, is looking for a Webflow & Email Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. They run end-to-end prospecting campaigns, LinkedIn, email, and web, to help financial advisors grow their client base. This person will own both website delivery and email campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Customize AI-generated website templates in Webflow, adapting design and content to each client's brand and audience
- QA every published site; links, responsiveness, copy, and formatting
- Deliver approximately 4 websites per month with room to scale
- Work with GoHighLevel (GHL) websites during the transition to Webflow
- Set up and configure sending domains and email accounts for outbound campaigns
- Execute IP and domain warming strategies to ensure inbox delivery
- Build automated email sequences and workflows in GoHighLevel and Instantly
- Manage audience segmentation, list hygiene, and deliverability optimization
- Interact directly with US-based clients in a professional and clear manner
Must have
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with Webflow; customizing templates, managing layouts, publishing sites
- Technical email marketing knowledge: domain setup, warming, deliverability, and automation
- Strong aesthetic eye, able to identify when a design looks off and fix it
- Detail-oriented with thorough QA habits before publishing anything
- Professional-level English, written and spoken
- Experience in client-facing roles, comfortable owning communication with end clients directly
Nice to have
- Experience with GoHighLevel (websites and/or CRM)
- Experience with Instantly or similar cold email tools
- Background in graphic or web design
- Experience working with or for a marketing agency
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Knowledge of the financial services industry
This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Latin America. Since you'll be working directly with US clients, strong English communication skills and availability during EST business hours are a must. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and gets things done without needing to be hand-held.
