Enrolla is hiring a Webflow specialist to build and optimize high-performing marketing pages and landing pages. This is a Webflow-first role focused on clean builds, fast iteration, accurate tracking, and conversion improvements.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain landing pages + marketing pages in Webflow (primary)
- Translate Figma (or clear direction/examples) into responsive, polished Webflow builds
- Create reusable sections/components and keep class structure organized
- Implement + QA GA4 + GTM (events, conversions, pixels, UTMs)
- Improve Core Web Vitals, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility best practices
- QA across browsers/devices and troubleshoot quickly
Must-haves
- Strong Webflow experience on real marketing sites (not just portfolios)
- Comfortable with forms, embeds, scripts, and tracking needs
- Performance-minded (images, fonts, script hygiene, fast load times)
- Conversion-aware (mobile-first layout, hierarchy, strong CTA clarity)
- Reliable communicator who ships consistently
Nice-to-haves
- Light Figma (wireframe a section, refine layout/typography, propose options)
- Light JS for embeds/interactions
- HubSpot forms / CRM integrations
- WordPress (secondary)
