English B2+ is required. This is a remote role in Colombia.

We place Colombian developers with U.S. digital marketing agencies, and we’re looking for a Web Developer who wants to build sites and landing pages that do more than look good. They have to convert.

What you’ll be doing:

- Building and optimizing websites and landing pages (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)

- Improving site speed, UX, and conversion performance

- Collaborating with marketing and design teams on project execution

- Taking ownership of projects from brief to launch

What we’re looking for:

- 1–2+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Hands-on experience with WordPress and/or Webflow (required)

- Familiarity with at least one backend technology (PHP, Node, or Python)

- Understanding of page speed, UX basics, and conversion principles

- English B2+ — you’ll work directly with U.S.-based teams

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
