About the role
As Designer & Webflow Expert you own the visual craft across our portfolio of B2B SaaS clients. Design isn't a service line for us, it's a differentiator. You build websites that don't look like template kits, ship them in Webflow yourself, and produce the marketing assets (LinkedIn carousels, video thumbnails, ad creative, decks) that make our clients' work cut through the noise. The bar: in a category full of generic SaaS templates, work that looks distinct is the strongest signal of professionalism a client can show.
What you'll work on:
About you
You have 3 to 5 years of experience designing for B2B tech brands, with real Webflow chops. Think roles like Web Designer, Brand Designer, or Webflow Developer. You have a portfolio that proves you don't just follow trends, and you'll push back when a brief asks for the obvious thing. Fluent in Figma and Webflow. Ideally you're Dutch.
How we're organized
You work across our multidisciplinary teams. Each team consists of a designer (you), a strategist, a paid media expert, a RevOps manager, and content & product marketing. Together they're responsible for the success of a client portfolio. The week starts with the Weekly All-Hands. After that it's Notion, Webflow, Figma, fast Slack threads, bi-weekly client check-ins, and time to go deep on the work.
