- Design and Development: Build and manage a high-end Webflow website with a focus on Modular Freedom to enable rapid, scalable content updates.
- Technical Expertise: Go beyond drag-and-drop by implementing custom scripts, advanced interactions, and seamless animations for an intuitive user experience.
- Performance and SEO: Own technical SEO, site speed, and overall performance to ensure a fast, optimized website aligned with WorkOnGrid standards.
- Compliance and Accessibility: Ensure the website is inclusive and compliant with GDPR and accessibility standards.
- Self-Driven Innovation: Act as the go-to expert for all web initiatives, managing sprints independently and making decisions backed by clear reasoning.
Requirements
- Webflow Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in Webflow design and development, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.
- B2B Understanding: Strong grasp of B2B dynamics and the ability to effectively communicate value to professional audiences.
- Code Proficiency: Skilled in custom JavaScript and CSS to extend Webflow beyond standard capabilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills with the ability to clearly explain the how and why behind technical decisions and contribute to initial website content drafts.
