We are looking for a Webflow Expert with 4+ years of experience to handle end-to-end Webflow work. The main stack is Figma to Webflow, so the candidate must be highly skilled in converting both new and existing Figma designs into responsive, production-ready Webflow pages.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years in Webflow
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. preferred
- Location: Bangalore
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Joining: Immediate joiner preferred

Responsibilities:
- Convert new and existing Figma designs into accurate Webflow pages.
- Build and maintain responsive websites in Webflow.
- Create and manage CMS collections, templates, and dynamic pages.
- Implement SEO settings, meta titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, Open Graph data, and redirects.
- Fix layout, responsiveness, CMS, SEO, animation, and publishing issues.
- Set up forms, buttons, links, interactions, animations, and page routing.
- Implement modern Webflow animations, motion effects, graphics, and 3D-style sections.
- Work with Webflow plugins, custom code, GSAP, and other modern animation/interaction tools where required.
- Optimize website structure, performance, SEO, and maintainability.
- Work with marketing/design teams for website updates and improvements.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Figma-to-Webflow conversion.
- Strong knowledge of Webflow Designer, CMS, Components, and Interactions.
- Good understanding of responsive design and SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Webflow animations, interactions, motion design, graphics, and modern visual effects.
- Ability to implement 3D-style graphics, animated sections, and interactive website experiences.
- Ability to work with dynamic CMS content, filters, sorting, and templates.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
- Knowledge of GSAP or similar animation libraries is preferred.
- Strong eye for design accuracy, spacing, typography, responsiveness, and visual quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve Webflow issues independently.
Important:
- The candiate must only use AI agents on Webflow only on limited cases, and must know hands-on experience.
- The candidate should independently handle all Webflow-related tasks, with strong focus on accurate Figma-to-Webflow implementation, CMS, SEO, animations, motion effects, visual quality, optimization, and final publishing.
