Voxal is hiring a full time Webflow developer based in Sri Lanka to join our team building sites for clients across wellness, health tech, and performance brands.

What you'll do:

Build responsive, pixel-accurate Webflow sites from Figma designs. Handle CMS setup, interactions, and animations. Ship clean, well-structured projects ready for handoff.

You should have:

• Based in Sri Lanka (this role is not open to applicants outside Sri Lanka)
• 2+ years building production Webflow sites
• Strong design sense (you won't be designing, but you need to recognise good design and build it faithfully)
• Strong eye for detail and spacing
• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and custom code when Webflow hits its limits
• Experience with CMS collections, dynamic content, and Webflow interactions
• Comfortable working from Figma files
• Ability to integrate AI into workflows (e.g. Claude for Webflow) to speed up and improve builds
• Strong team player, works well with designers, PMs, and other devs

Bonus points:

• JavaScript and Three.js
• Experience building interactive, animation-heavy websites
• Relume experience
• Lumos experience
• SEO fundamentals (meta, schema, page speed)
• Memberstack, Wized, or similar no-code stack experience
