We’re Vnzo AEC – a marketing agency specializing in marketing for commercial architecture, engineering, and construction firms.
We’re looking for a reliable Webflow developer to support ongoing website projects. This isn’t a one-off gig – we’re building a small group of developers we can consistently work with as demand grows.
If you’re someone who can take a clear structure or design and bring it to life in Webflow without overcomplicating things, this will be a good fit.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and building responsive websites in Webflow (typically 8–15 pages)
- Setting up CMS collections (projects, markets, services, team, blog, etc.)
- Keeping things clean; class naming, structure, responsiveness
- Working closely with the SEO team to ensure SEO-friendly architecture
- Making sure sites actually feel good across devices
- Working with our team to get projects live efficiently
What we’re looking for
- Great experience building full websites in Webflow (not just landing pages)
- You move fast, but still care about details
- You don’t need your hand held – you can take direction and run with it
- Good eye for layout, spacing, and responsiveness
- Clear communicator and works well with others
Nice to have
- Agency experience
- Experience with B2B sites (AEC is a bonus, not required)
- Basic understanding of SEO structure
