Responsibilities

  • Knowledge transfer and site takeover (May): Receive full documentation and admin access from the outgoing agency. Review and document all custom code, CMS structures, integrations, redirect rules, and build conventions. Ask the right questions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks before the agency exits May 31.
  • Ongoing page builds and updates: Build new feature pages, comparison pages, discipline pages, and campaign landing pages briefed by the growth and brand teams. Update existing pages for copy changes, pricing updates, CTA changes, and SEO optimizations.
  • CMS management: Maintain blog, help centre, in-practice, landing page, and compare page CMS collections. Publish content delivered by the internal team on schedule.
  • Integration maintenance: Maintain GA4 and GTM tag implementations, HubSpot form integrations, and any webhook-based connections. Troubleshoot tracking issues and implement new conversion events as required.
  • Performance and SEO execution: Implement technical SEO updates (metadata, structured data, redirects, page speed improvements) briefed by the SEO specialist. Ensure all new pages meet performance standards before publishing.

KPIs

  • Knowledge transfer documentation complete by May 16
  • Standard page builds turned around within 48 hrs of brief
  • Zero broken integrations or tracking gaps post-transition
  • All new pages pass Core Web Vitals thresholds at launch

Requirements —

  • This is an expert-level role. Do not apply if you are still learning Webflow.
  • Expert Webflow knowledge: You can build and maintain complex sites from scratch. You understand CMS collections, dynamic content, multi-reference fields, and Webflow's hosting and publishing pipeline without needing to look anything up.
  • Custom code fluency: You write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow beyond its native capabilities. You have implemented custom event tracking, form webhooks, third-party integrations (HubSpot, GA4, GTM), and cross-domain handling.
  • CMS architecture: You have structured and maintained Webflow CMS collections for blogs, landing pages, help centres, case studies, and dynamic SEO pages at scale.
  • SEO-aware builder: You understand on-page SEO requirements — URL structure, metadata, canonical tags, noindex injection, redirect rules, and page speed considerations. You can implement SEO changes from a brief without requiring hand-holding.
  • Integrations experience: You have connected Webflow to HubSpot (forms and workflows), Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and webhook-based pipelines. Finsweet Attributes experience is a strong asset.
  • Reliable and fast: You turn around standard page builds and CMS updates within 48 hours. You flag blockers early and communicate clearly without needing to be chased.
