About The Role

This role is built for a high-volume workload, so you should be comfortable juggling multiple builds and fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality. Real estate website experience — specifically with IDX integrations — is essential. We need someone who has actually built and shipped real estate sites with live IDX feeds, not someone who''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s only worked with it in theory.

What You''''''''''''''''ll Do

• Design and build expert-level Webflow sites using native elements, interactions, and custom code embeds
• Build and integrate IDX feeds into real estate websites, including working with webhooks and iframes
• Build custom CMS collections and dynamic, templated pages at scale
• Write clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s native capabilities, including working alongside AI coding tools like Gemini and CloudCode
• Ensure every site is fully responsive across devices
• Optimize builds for page speed and technical SEO
• Deliver clean, well-organized handoffs that are easy for clients and other team members to manage going forward
• Manage a steady, high-volume pipeline of builds and updates
  
  
  

Core Requirements

• Expert-level Webflow skills — native elements, interactions, CMS, and custom code embeds
• Strong coding ability: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with comfort using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Gemini, CloudCode)
• Proven IDX experience — must have actually built real estate websites with working IDX integrations, including hands-on experience with webhooks and iframes
• Real estate website building experience beyond just IDX — comfortable with the broader needs of real estate site builds
• CMS & dynamic page experience — building and structuring custom CMS collections and dynamic page templates
• Responsive design expertise across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Performance & SEO mindset — able to optimize for page speed and SEO best practices
• Clean handoff skills — organized, documented, and easy for clients/teams to take over

• Prior experience working specifically within the real estate industry
