Job Description:
- Develop responsive, high-quality websites in Webflow based on Figma designs
- Implement UI interactions, animations, and smooth user experiences
- Build and optimize landing pages and website structures
- Ensure performance optimization (speed, SEO, responsiveness)
- Manage and structure Webflow CMS for dynamic content
- Maintain and update existing websites with UI/UX improvements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and iterate pages aligned with campaign goals
- Support in-house marketing development needs with timely updates and enhancements
Skills Required:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Webflow development (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in Webflow CMS, interactions, and animations
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery for custom functionality
- Experience in converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and performance optimization
- Experience with basic integrations (forms, analytics, third-party tools)
- Exposure to GSAP for advanced animations (preferred)
Educational Qualifications:
- MCA, BCA, B.E or equivalent
- Webflow certification will be a plus
