About Shakti
Shakti is an early-stage digital health startup focused on making women’s healthcare more accessible and affordable in India. We are building a telehealth platform starting with gynecology and mental health.
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, long-term developer who can support and gradually take ownership of our website and technical workflows.
The current workload is light and flexible, but this role is designed to grow into a key technical ownership position as the company scales.
You will work directly with the founder and be involved in building systems from an early stage.
What You’ll Do (Initial Scope)
- Manage and update the Webflow website
- Make small improvements to performance and SEO
- Help with basic integrations and automations (forms, tracking, etc.)
- Fix bugs and improve user experience
How the Role Will Grow
As Shakti scales, you will gradually take ownership of:
- API integrations (payments, booking, etc.)
- Backend workflows and CRM setup
- New feature development
Must-Have
- Basic experience with Webflow
- Understanding of HTML/CSS + basic JavaScript
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to APIs or automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Basic SEO understanding
- Startup or freelance experience
Time Commitment
- ~5–10 hours per week (flexible)
Compensation
- ₹8,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience and availability)
- Scope and compensation will increase as responsibilities grow
