About The Role
We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who goes beyond basic page building — someone who understands structure, scalability, and performance.This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Webflow, familiar with structured frameworks like Client-First or Lumos, and comfortable implementing advanced animations using GSAP or custom JavaScript.You’ll collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to bring high-end digital experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain responsive websites using Webflow
- Translate designs (Figma or similar) into pixel-perfect Webflow implementations
- Apply structured frameworks like Client-First or Lumos for scalable builds
- Implement advanced interactions and animations (Webflow + GSAP)
- Ensure performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility
- Maintain clean, organized class structures and reusable components
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Proven experience working with Webflow (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of Client-First, Lumos, or similar frameworks
- Experience implementing animations (Webflow interactions and/or GSAP)
- Solid understanding of responsive design and web best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
- Experience with WordPress (custom, component-based builds — not themes)
- Familiarity with reusable component structures and modular development
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working in digital agencies or fast-paced environments
- Exposure to performance optimization and SEO best practices
