📌 What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

- Build & Maintain: Develop fully responsive Webflow sites with clean, scalable structures.
- Bring Designs to Life: Seamlessly convert figma design into high-performing website.
- Advanced Animations: Build high-end, immersive web experiences using GSAP and Webflow’s native interaction engine.
- CMS Architecture: Structure complex, dynamic, and easily scalable Webflow CMS databases.
- Integrate: Connect third-party tools like Zapier, Make, and custom APIs to extend functionality.
- Optimize: Ensure lightning-fast page load speeds, flawless SEO basics, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate: Partner with UX/UI designers to elevate the overall user experience.
🛠 What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on Webflow development experience.
- Webflow Mastery: Deep understanding of Webflow CMS, native interactions, and animations.
- Advanced Animation: Experience working with GSAP for complex web animations.
- Systems Thinker: Strict adherence to Client-First design systems and highly organized class naming.
- Code-Adjacent Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript.
- Library Knowledge: Experience using Finsweet Attributes and slider libraries like Splide or Swiper.
- Soft Skills: Great communication, sharp attention to detail, and a knack for solving complex layout puzzles.
