The Technical Stack
You will be responsible for connecting the following ecosystem:
- Frontend: Webflow (Advanced interactions, Midnight Onyx & Empire Gold branding).
- Auth & Gating: Memberstack / Wized (for complex application tracking).
- Database: Airtable (Managing the Founding 300 and Executive 100 tiers).
- Automation: Make.com (The "glue" connecting the Webflow frontend to our backend).
- Finance: Xero (Automating initiation fees and monthly executive dues).
Your Responsibilities
- Build the "Sovereign Portal": Create a multi-step application journey where candidates can track their vetting status in real-time.
- Seamless Integration: Map data flows so that a form submission in Webflow triggers a record in Airtable, a receipt in Xero, and a membership profile in Memberstack.
- Luxury UI/UX: Translate our high-contrast, prestigious brand identity into a smooth, responsive, and lightning-fast digital experience.
- System Testing: Ensure the "Board Approval" pipeline works flawlessly, triggering automated induction emails once a candidate is vetted.
Who You Are
- An expert Webflow developer with a portfolio of high-end, corporate, or luxury brands.
- A "Maker" who is fluent in Make.com and Airtable relational databases.
- Someone who understands that for our members, privacy is the ultimate luxury (Data security is a priority).
- Experience with Xero API or financial integrations is a significant plus.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Webflow Developer, located in Islamabad. The Webflow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and user-friendly web interfaces using Webflow. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the design and content teams to implement visually appealing designs, ensuring responsive performance, debugging and optimizing existing web pages, and integrating third-party tools and APIs for enhanced functionality. You will also consistently analyze user feedback to refine and improve the web platform.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including an understanding of data structures, algorithms, and modern system design principles.
- Experience in Back-End and Software Development, with proficiency in creating scalable and secure web applications.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Knowledge of Webflow platform, web accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with UI/UX design or familiarity with front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
