Position Overview
Melior ITS is seeking a highly skilled Webflow Developer to design and develop high-performing, visually engaging, and conversion-focused websites. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Webflow along with a solid understanding of front-end technologies, user experience, and performance optimization.
You will work closely with design, marketing, and SEO teams to build scalable, responsive, and high-quality web experiences aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized websites using Webflow
- Convert Figma and design mockups into pixel-perfect Webflow pages
- Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow functionality
- Create interactive animations using GSAP, Lottie, and Webflow interactions
- Ensure websites are fully responsive, accessible (WCAG), and optimized for all devices
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and SEO teams to enhance UX and performance
- Optimize website performance including load speed, SEO structure, and CTAs
- Integrate tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, HubSpot, and other tracking platforms
- Monitor and improve website performance using analytics and user feedback
- Maintain and update existing websites, including content updates and redesigns
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Webflow development
- Strong portfolio showcasing Webflow-based projects (marketing/brand websites preferred)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with Figma (design-to-development workflow)
- Hands-on experience with GSAP, Lottie, and advanced Webflow animations
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Experience with SEO best practices and performance optimization
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking setup
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with WordPress and React.js
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Chili Piper, etc.)
- Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles
- Experience working in agency or client-based environment
