Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performing websites using Webflow. The ideal candidate combines strong front-end development knowledge with an eye for design, ensuring websites are visually appealing, responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites using Webflow.
- Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or other design files into responsive Webflow websites.
- Implement CMS collections, dynamic content, and custom interactions.
- Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Integrate third-party tools and services such as analytics, CRM systems, forms, and marketing platforms.
- Implement custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) when required.
- Troubleshoot website issues and provide ongoing maintenance and updates.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality web experiences.
- Ensure websites follow best practices for UX, accessibility, and web standards.
- Manage hosting, domain settings, and website deployment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience developing websites with Webflow.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with Webflow CMS, animations, and interactions.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
- Experience integrating APIs and third-party tools.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Figma and modern design workflows.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with Webflow Ecommerce projects.
- Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and automation tools.
