Role Description:

As a Webflow Developer at iPlex, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring clean, scalable, and well-structured layouts and interactions. You will translate design concepts and wireframes into functional web pages, optimize site performance, and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves collaborating with designers, content creators, and other developers to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve user experience. You will also be expected to maintain documentation, follow best practices for SEO and accessibility, and contribute to process improvements and technical standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi.

Qualification:

• Strong proficiency in Webflow, including building CMS-driven sites, custom interactions, and responsive designs.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for customizing and extending Webflow functionality.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers and working from Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of on-page SEO, performance optimization, and web accessibility best practices.
• Ability to test, debug, and resolve cross-browser and cross-device compatibility issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in layout, typography, and visual consistency.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
• Relevant experience in web development; a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and basic understanding of modern web workflows is beneficial.
