We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Hong Kong, and we are looking for a talented Webflow & GSAP Developer to join our remote team. The Role

We are looking for a developer who doesn't just build static pages, but creates interactive digital journeys. You will work closely with our UI/UX design team to translate Figma designs into fully responsive, beautifully animated Webflow websites. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-end luxury projects and grow your technical repertoire alongside a global team.

What You Will Do

• Develop pixel-perfect, responsive websites in Webflow directly from Figma design files.
• Integrate custom GSAP (GreenSock) animations and ScrollTrigger interactions to create highly engaging user experiences.
• Ensure all builds are optimized for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our design and management teams to ensure project alignment and meet deadlines.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience building sites in Webflow and implementing custom GSAP animations.
• Portfolio: A strong showcase of live Webflow projects featuring custom animations and clean layouts.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with a remote, international team.
• Time Management: Highly organized with a proven ability to manage your own time, meet project milestones, and work independently.
• Availability: Must be available to officially join and start work by June 1, 2026.

Our Hiring Process

1. Personal Interview: A 30-minute culture fit and background discussion to get to know you and your career goals.
2. Technical Interview: A deep dive into your portfolio, your Webflow structure (class naming, responsive setup), and your GSAP implementation process.
