The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Webflow Developer who can take end-to-end ownership of Comfi’s website and front-end execution. This role goes beyond building pages in Webflow. You will be responsible for translating marketing and product goals into scalable, high-performing web experiences that support growth, conversion, and experimentation.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, CRO, Product, and Engineering teams to ship fast, implement custom functionality, and scale our web infrastructure. From building CMS-driven systems and programmatic SEO pages to solving Webflow limitations with clean JavaScript, you’ll play a critical role in how Comfi shows up in the market and converts demand into revenue.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Own the build, maintenance, and optimisation of Comfi’s marketing website and landing pages using Webflow.

🔹 Implement scalable CMS and collection-based structures following Client-First naming conventions.

🔹 Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRO, and Product teams to ship high-converting pages and experiments.

🔹 Develop custom JavaScript for dynamic functionality such as calculators, gated flows, form logic, and conditional content.

🔹 Support programmatic SEO initiatives by building scalable templates, CMS-driven pages, and SEO-friendly structures.

🔹 Ensure site performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

🔹 Troubleshoot Webflow limitations and propose smart workarounds using custom code where needed.

🔹 Maintain clean documentation and reusable components to support fast iteration and future scale.

🔹 Assist with integrations such as HubSpot, GA4, GTM, tracking pixels, and third-party tools.

What You Bring

✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience building production websites with Webflow.

✅ Candidates with official Webflow Certification preferred.

✅ Strong command of Client-First class naming conventions and component-based architecture.

✅ Clear understanding of Webflow’s limitations and best practices for scaling beyond no-code.

✅ Solid JavaScript skills for implementing custom and dynamic site functionality.

✅ Experience working on SaaS or fintech websites, preferably in a high-growth environment.

✅ Exposure to programmatic SEO projects, CMS scaling, and large page volumes is a strong plus.

✅ Comfort working with analytics, tracking, and experimentation setups.

✅ High attention to detail with a strong sense of UX, performance, and conversion optimisation.

✅ Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally.

✅ Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
