Role Description

‍            As a Webflow Developer at Achyutam Technology, you will build, maintain, and optimize responsive websites using Webflow in alignment with client brand guidelines and marketing goals. You will translate design mockups and wireframes into functional Webflow pages, configure CMS collections, and ensure clean, semantic HTML/CSS within the Webflow environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with designers and marketers, implementing on-page SEO best practices, testing for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, and troubleshooting layout or performance issues. You will also manage content updates, create reusable components, document implementation details, and suggest improvements to UX and site speed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring close coordination with the local team and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles relevant to web development, such as data structures, algorithms, and web fundamentals.
• Experience with Back-End Web Development and Software Development for integrating Webflow front ends with APIs, form handlers, and third-party services.
• Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, with hands-on experience in at least one modern language (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python).
• Hands-on expertise with Webflow (designer, CMS, interactions, and hosting), including building responsive layouts, components, and animations.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript for custom code embeds and advanced Webflow configurations.
• Understanding of SEO best practices, performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser testing.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an agency or digital marketing environment is an advantage.
