Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Designer based in Lisbon, with flexibility for some remote work. The Digital Designer will focus primarily on website design, crafting digital experiences that align with each client’s positioning, visual identity, and strategic direction. The role also requires someone comfortable directing and briefing developers clearly, ensuring the final execution reflects the original creative vision with precision and consistency.

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and spacing
• A naturally minimalist and refined visual aesthetic
• Ability to create designs that feel aspirational, elevated, and globally relevant
• Strong sensitivity to imagery, rhythm, pacing, and composition
• Someone who understands how to create impact without visual noise
• Confidence briefing and directing developers
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to move fast while maintaining a high level of refinement
• Someone proactive, resourceful, curious, and visually obsessed
• Someone who constantly explores, references, learns, and evolves
• Someone with taste

Requirements

• Fluent in Figma
• Strong proficiency in Webflow
• Experience designing responsive websites
• Experience collaborating with developers
• Ability to prepare organised design files for implementation
• Strong portfolio showcasing refined digital work
• Motion understanding is a plus
• Fluent English
