Santo Domingo Plátanos is a Dominican baseball + entertainment brand rooted in Santo Domingo and built around culture, energy, community, and premium identity.

We are not building a generic team website. We are building a digital front door to a larger brand world shaped by baseball, media, merchandise, live experiences, and Dominican flavor. The goal is to create something that feels real, alive, and worth following.

Role Description

Santo Domingo Plátanos is looking for a Webflow Website Designer/Developer with Shopify integration experience to help shape the next version of our website.

We want someone who can help us build a site that feels premium, mobile-first, culturally aware, and unmistakably on-brand. This is not about dropping content into a template. It is about creating a strong digital presence for a growing Dominican sports-entertainment brand.

Must live in the Dominican Republic and be deeply familiar with Dominican culture, language, and audience behavior.

This will likely begin as a project-based / contract role, with the potential for ongoing collaboration if the fit is right.

What Matters Most

• Strong Webflow experience
• Clean Shopify integration experience
• Real understanding of mobile-first design
• Good taste in structure, hierarchy, and brand presentation
• Ability to build something that feels polished, clear, and built to grow
• Comfort working inside a strong creative direction while bringing smart ideas of your own



Especially Valuable

• Familiarity with Dominican culture, Dominican Spanish, or DR-facing brands
• Experience with sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or culture-driven websites
• Comfort with CMS-based site structure
• A mindset that values clarity, conversion, and growth, not just visuals
• A genuine appreciation for baseball and its cultural importance
• We are looking for someone who can combine design judgment, technical execution, and cultural feel to help us build something distinctive.
