Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites using Webflow.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to implement new features and enhancements.
- Translate design files (e.g., Figma, Sketch) into fully functional Webflow websites.
- Optimize web pages for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
- Conduct quality assurance testing and troubleshooting to ensure website functionality and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Webflow and web design.
- Provide ongoing website maintenance and updates as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Webflow and its features for website development.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles and techniques.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and a good understanding of JavaScript.
- Ability to convert design mockups into Webflow with high accuracy.
- Experience with CMS collections, e-commerce features, and Webflow interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience working with Webflow or similar website-building platforms.
- A portfolio showcasing previous Webflow projects or similar work.
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
