Coalition Technologies is hiring a Web Designer to create websites, brand identities, UI designs, and digital experiences for clients. This is a fully remote role with opportunities for career growth, bonuses, and profit sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design custom websites for desktop and mobile devices.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and design systems.
• Design logos, brand guides, and visual identities.
• Create vector illustrations and icons.
• Collaborate with developers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and project managers.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Prepare design files for development handoff.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

Strong web design portfolio (eCommerce experience preferred)

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro

Understanding Of

• UI/UX Design
• Design Principles
• Branding
• Responsive Web Design

Preferred Skills

• HTML & CSS knowledge

Excellent English communication skills

Ability to work under deadlines

Reliable computer, internet connection, microphone, and workspace

Available To Work

• Monday�Friday
• 9:00 AM � 6:00 PM Pacific Time

Compensation

$15 � $35 per hour (depending on experience, location, and skills test performance)
