Your Role
We're looking for a Middle/Senior Webflow Designer who combines strong visual taste with hands-on technical execution. You'll design and build marketing websites and landing pages, owning the work from concept to live.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop websites and landing pages in Webflow, focused on high conversion and performance
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams on briefs
- Create performance-driven creatives: GDN banners, paid social ads, display campaigns
- Design visual templates and scalable asset systems to streamline marketing operations
- Ensure visual consistency, strong hierarchy, and pixel-perfect execution
- Optimize landing pages for speed, UX, and conversion
- Contribute to raising internal design and build standards
- A/B testing
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in web design and Webflow development
- Strong Webflow skills - interactions, CMS, responsive layouts
- Solid understanding of CSS and HTML
- Proficiency in Figma
- Eye for typography, layout, and visual detail
- Understanding of conversion-focused design and UX fundamentals
- Fluent professional English required. Russian is a plus. German is a strong plus.
- Portfolio with live Webflow projects required
