About The Role
We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Web Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels at producing visually striking websites that enhance brand presence and generate tangible conversions. As a Web Designer at Iverson, you will take the lead in defining the creative direction of web projects, from initial concept through to launch. Your expertise in pixel-perfect design, combined with strategic thinking, will be instrumental in delivering award-winning digital experiences in a fast-paced agency environment. You will collaborate closely with developers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure designs are both innovative and technically feasible, resulting in seamless, high-performing websites that resonate with target audiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in web design
- At least 2+ years of experience in a creative agency or client-facing environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact websites including brand sites, e-commerce, SaaS landing pages, and marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Webflow, and Framer
- Exceptional eye for typography, layout, color, and motion design
- Experience building and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and style guides
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas confidently and incorporate feedback effectively
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and clean handoff documentation
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and resourcefulness
- Interest in experimenting with AI tools to enhance design processes
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual and experiential design of websites from concept to launch, including creating brand-aligned layouts, responsive systems, typography hierarchies, motion, and interactive elements
- Translate brand identities, marketing objectives, and client visions into engaging, user-centric web experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
- Develop and refine design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across multiple projects
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that designs are technically feasible, performant, and faithful to the original vision
- Present creative concepts and final work to clients and stakeholders, articulating design decisions through storytelling, user insights, and performance rationale
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring pixel perfection, accessibility compliance, and smooth responsive behavior
- Participate in iterative design processes, incorporating feedback to refine and improve deliverables
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues in achieving project goals
