About Temple Brown
Temple Brown builds high-performing websites designed to help businesses get found online. We specialise in Webflow-first websites that combine clean design, strong technical foundations, and search-focused thinking. Every project is built with growth in mind, balancing user experience, performance, and visibility so the end result is not just visually strong, but commercially effective.
While we are proudly based in Norwich, our work reaches far beyond the local area. We work with businesses across the UK, Europe, and the United States, delivering websites that support international audiences and ambitious growth plans.
We believe websites should be structured, scalable, and built to support long-term success, not simply launched and forgotten.
The Role
We are looking for a Webflow Designer & Developer who understands that modern web design goes beyond aesthetics. This role focuses on creating websites that are clear, fast, well structured, and built to be discovered through search.
You will work across design, UX, development, CMS architecture, and search-focused implementation, shaping projects from concept through to launch. This is an office-based role in Norwich, working closely with the team to help grow our Webflow division and raise the technical standard of our builds.
You will be contributing to projects for a wide range of clients, including brands operating across Europe and the United States, so attention to detail, scalability, and performance is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for designing and building modern Webflow websites that balance usability, performance, and visibility. The role combines creative thinking with technical structure, ensuring every build is designed to scale.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing clean, modern layouts that prioritise clarity and user experience.
Building responsive Webflow websites using structured class systems and reusable components.
Creating scalable Webflow CMS architectures, including dynamic templates and collection-based layouts.
Structuring CMS content to support SEO growth and long-term flexibility.
Building websites with clear hierarchy, semantic structure, and search-friendly foundations.
Implementing structured data (Schema) to improve search understanding and visibility.
Supporting AI SEO and GEO strategies through clear content structure and machine-readable page architecture.
Implementing interactions and subtle motion using Webflow native tools.
Using GSAP and ScrollTrigger where appropriate for advanced animation and storytelling.
Optimising websites for speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals.
Using lightweight custom code when needed to extend Webflow functionality.

Core Requirements
Who This Role Is For
This role suits someone who cares about what sits behind the design as much as the design itself. You might be a designer who learned development, or a developer with a strong design eye.
You naturally think in structure and systems. You understand that SEO starts with how a site is built, that CMS decisions are strategic, and that modern search increasingly relies on structured data and AI-readable content.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means building websites that are fast, structured, and designed to rank. It means creating CMS systems that scale as content grows, implementing structured data and AI-search-ready foundations, and producing digital experiences that help clients get found and generate leads across local, national, and international markets.
