- Create innovative UI designs and advertising experiences for global brands
- Design customer-centered campaigns across our clients' platforms
- Lead campaign executions in collaboration with EU design teams
- Create engaging pitch decks, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Strong UX/UI design experience
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and WEBFLOW is a must
- Experience in advertising, digital media, or marketing
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and visual design excellence
- Proficiency in English is a must, written and verbal
Bonus points: - Motion design skills
- Bachelor’s or a higher degree in Visual Communications/Advertising Design/Graphic Design.
- Solid working design experience (within an agency is preferable)
- A remarkable portfolio that demonstrates excellence in craft at the level desired for the application (please be sure it is available online and include a link in your resume).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity, self-prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Mastery of the principles of design, colour theory, typography, and graphics file creation optimised for digital media.
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising or shopping solutions.
- Ability to interact at all levels of the company and with external parties in a professional manner, maintaining effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
