Our client is a profitable, early-stage startup that is scaling rapidly. We’re looking for a hands-on Automation, Integration & CRM Operations Analyst to own and scale our workflows across platforms and tools. This role sits at the intersection of systems, automation and growth and is ideal for a builder who loves turning manual processes into reliable, measurable flows.
What You'll Own
- Designing, implementation and maintenance of end-to-end automation across Webflow, Zapier (or similar), CRM and WhatsApp platforms.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with business, product and growth teams to iterate on automations.
- Developing WhatsApp-based engagement flows to drive faster responses and higher conversion.
- Ensuring integrations are reliable, low-touch and well-documented; troubleshooting and fixing webhook/API issues.
- Maintaining data hygiene: field mapping, segmentation, dedupe, and audit logs.
- Tracking funnel metrics, creating dashboards, and conducting experiments to improve conversion across stages.
- Training team members on flows, tools and best practices; maintain process docs and runbooks.
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years experience in CRM, Webflow operations, or automation roles.
- Hands-on with Zapier or equivalent automation platforms; experience building multi-step, conditional workflows.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic troubleshooting (auth, payloads, rate limits).
- Strong data orientation: comfortable with field mapping, spreadsheets, basic SQL or reporting tools.
- Process-driven, detail-oriented, excellent documentation skills.
- Experiment-led mindset: hypothesis, test, measure, iterate.
