About The Role

‍We are seeking a talented and motivated Front-End Web Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, visually appealing websites and landing pages that align with our brand and engage our users. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Web and Content teams to develop innovative designs, ensuring that all web assets are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Your expertise will help enhance the user experience by implementing content updates, conducting regular performance reviews, and optimizing websites for usability and speed. Additionally, you will write clean, scalable code for custom Webflow components and collaborate with back-end developers when necessary to implement advanced functionalities. Your role will also involve working with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and stay updated on the latest front-end trends and technologies, continuously improving our web development practices.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in front-end web development or a related field
• Proven experience designing and building websites using Webflow
• Proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Figma
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and best practices
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization
• Experience with version control systems such as Git (preferred)
• Strong visual design skills with the ability to create user-focused web layouts
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or MarkUp (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites and landing pages using Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with the Head of Web and Content teams to create innovative designs that reflect brand guidelines and engage users
• Ensure all designs and code are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain modern, functional, and error-free
• Implement content updates in collaboration with the content team, maintaining consistency and brand alignment
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive web experiences
• Conduct regular reviews and testing to optimize website performance and usability
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for custom Webflow components or integrations as needed
• Collaborate with back-end developers to implement advanced functionalities when required
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and objectives
• Stay current with the latest front-end trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance web development practices
