About the Role

This is a full-time, remote role.

We are looking for a Web Developer who can take ownership of website execution across WordPress and Webflow projects.

This is not a “just follow instructions” role.

‍

You’ll be expected to:

- Understand requirements

- Figure things out independently

- Execute with attention to detail

- And continuously improve your skills

You’ll work closely with our internal team and clients as needed, taking full ownership of your work and driving execution independently.

What You’ll Work On:

- Building pages using WordPress (Elementor) and Webflow

- Converting Figma / design files into live pages

-  Handling responsive design (desktop + tablet + mobile)

- Making custom tweaks using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

- Implementing forms, integrations, and embeds

- Fixing layout, spacing, and UI issues

- Supporting SEO-related updates (technical SEO, core web vitals, etc.)

- Researching and implementing solutions independently when stuck

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication skills (clear, concise, and proactive)

- Ability to execute independently and take ownership

- A mindset of “figure it out and get it done”

- Comfortable with WordPress (Elementor), Webflow, Figma (understanding for design handoff), and comparable platforms

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and skilled in testing, debugging, and optimization

- Ability to learn from examples and replicate/customize

- Curiosity and awareness of modern web development trends

- Understanding of how AI is being used in development workflows (Think Claude, Lovable, et cetera)

Not Mandatory, But Valuable

- Experience with tools like Claude, Lovable, or other AI dev tools

- Understanding of Technical SEO basics

- Any past work (live sites, portfolio, experiments)

Prerequisites to Apply

- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience

- Full-time availability (this is not a part-time role)

- Comfortable working remotely

- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow fast

- No formal degree requirements, your skills and mindset matter more to us
