We are seeking a Website Developer with strong design sensibility, deep technical SEO expertise, and proven experience optimizing website performance and user experience.
This role is focused on building, maintaining, and improving high-performing marketing websites across WordPress, Webflow, and Next.js environments. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and experienced in implementing website optimization and analytics tracking solutions that support engagement and conversion goals.
This is a 4-month contract role with a fully remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain marketing websites across WordPress, Webflow, and Next.js platforms
- Improve website speed, technical SEO, accessibility, and overall user experience
- Implement and optimize analytics and conversion tracking solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute website updates, enhancements, and optimization initiatives
- Troubleshoot website issues and ensure platform stability and responsiveness
- Manage projects independently and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
- Ensure websites follow best practices for SEO, scalability, performance, and usability
- Support ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) and performance improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience developing websites using WordPress, Webflow, and Next.js
- Deep understanding of technical SEO and website performance optimization
- Experience implementing analytics, event tracking, and conversion tracking solutions
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on marketing websites and conversion-focused environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics platforms
- Familiarity with modern frontend development practices and responsive design
- Experience collaborating with marketing and growth teams
Contract Details
- 4-month contract
- Fully remote
Salary: $2,500 to $3,000 USD monthly
