What is the job
?We are looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Web Developer who is focussed on Website Growth to take ownership of the development, optimisation, and performance of our digital presence across Montu UK and Alternaleaf
.This is not a traditional developer role focused solely on building pages. We are looking for someone who can build, experiment, and optimise. You will combine deep Webflow and Wix expertise with a strong understanding of user journeys, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation to continuously improve how our websites perform
.Working closely with marketing, pharmacy, product, and growth teams, you will play a key role in ensuring our websites are high-performing, scalable, and conversion-focused
What will you be doin

- ngMonitor site performance and user behaviour using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other analytics platfor
- msApply SEO best practices across site structure, metadata, and technical implementati
- onEnsure mobile-first design, accessibility standards, and page speed optimisation across all platfor
