About The Role

‍We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Designer and Front-End Developer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining responsive websites and landing pages that meet our clients' specifications and branding guidelines. Your expertise will help translate creative concepts into functional, visually appealing digital assets that enhance user engagement and drive business results. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure that each project aligns with strategic goals and quality standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in web development and design to contribute to a variety of projects across different industries, utilizing a range of website builders and CMS platforms.

Qualifications

‍The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in web design and front-end development, demonstrating a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Experience working with website builders such as Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Kajabi, or similar platforms is essential. Candidates should possess a keen eye for design, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics. The ability to work independently in a remote environment, coupled with excellent communication and time management skills, is crucial. A willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly is highly valued. Additional skills such as familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify customization, and basic SEO knowledge will be considered advantageous.

• Design and develop responsive websites and landing pages that are aligned with client branding and style guidelines.
• Customize and maintain websites across various platforms including Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, and Kajabi.

• Support ongoing website updates, edits, and improvements to enhance performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and technical teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor website and front-end issues promptly to ensure optimal site performance.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve skills and project quality.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, adhering to deadlines and quality standards in a remote work setting.
