Real Estate Web Designer & Developer (Remote)
Overview
20four7VA is looking for a skilled Web Designer/Developer to build a modern, professional website for a real estate brokerage. The site will showcase rental properties and generate qualified leads, covering per diem, short-term, corporate, mid-term, and annual rentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop a clean, responsive real estate portfolio website
- Create categorized property listings with photos, descriptions, amenities, and terms
- Implement lead capture forms for rental and real estate inquiries
- Ensure mobile-friendly layout and easy navigation
- Apply branding elements (About, Services, Portfolio, Contact sections)
- Optimize for SEO and fast performance
Requirements
- Experience building real estate or property listing websites
- Strong UX/UI and web design skills
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or custom development
- Knowledge of lead generation funnels
- Basic understanding of real estate SEO
Work Schedule
- 25 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight EST
