VizionMenu is a fast-growing Canadian startup based in Montreal, building next-generation digital experiences for restaurants. We are scaling fast and looking for a Web designer who can build not just functional interfaces but beautiful, modern, and impactful experiences.
We create high-end, visually striking, conversion-focused digital experiences that elevate restaurant brands and directly impact their revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop high-end, visually polished websites and interfaces (not just functional builds)
- Create smooth animations, transitions, and interactions that enhance user experience
- Take ownership of the visual quality of everything you build
- Work closely with the team to turn restaurant brands into premium digital experiences
- Build responsive, fast, and optimized interfaces across all devices
- Continuously improve the aesthetic and UX quality of our projects
- Use modern tools (AI, frameworks, workflows) to increase speed and output
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience in frontend development
- Excellent eye for design, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create modern, premium-looking interfaces
- Experience with animations and micro-interactions (GSAP, Framer Motion, etc.)
- Ability to build clean, responsive, pixel-perfect UIs
- Strong attention to detail (you notice things others don’t)
- Ability to work fast while maintaining high visual standards
- Comfortable working in a high-performance environment
- Good understanding of English
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in graphic design or UI design
- Experience working on restaurant or food-related projects
- Familiarity with Webflow
- Knowledge of performance optimization and SEO basics
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate development
- Experience with design tools (Figma, etc.)
