Web Designer (Part-Time, Onsite, Mid-Level)

We are seeking a mid-level Web Designer to join our team in an onsite, part-time position. This role is ideal for someone with strong Webflow experience, a good understanding of SEO, and solid front-end development skills. The right candidate is creative, detail-oriented, fast-paced, and up to date with modern design trends and web standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and build modern, responsive websites and landing pages
• Manage and update websites in Webflow
• Apply SEO best practices to improve site structure, visibility, and performance
• Use HTML and CSS to customize and enhance front-end experiences
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, visually polished, and optimized for speed
• Stay current with new design elements, tools, and industry trends
• Collaborate with internal team members to support website updates and campaigns

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in web design and Webflow
• Strong understanding of website design, layout, and user experience
• Good knowledge of SEO principles
• Front-end development skills with strong HTML and CSS knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and design quality

• Basic JavaScript knowledge
