Role Overview

We are looking for a Web Designer & Developer to create and manage modern, high-quality websites using Framer or similar platforms (not WordPress).

The ideal candidate should have both creative design skills and technical website-building experience, with a strong understanding of user experience, mobile responsiveness and SEO.

Main Responsibilities

• Design modern and professional website pages

• Build responsive websites using Framer, Webflow or similar platforms

• Create landing pages, service pages and contact forms

• Ensure websites work well on desktop, tablet and mobile

• Optimise websites for speed and SEO

• Connect forms and integrations such as Google Analytics, Calendly or CRM systems

• Update and maintain existing websites

• Suggest improvements to design, layout and user experience

Required Skills

• Experience using Framer, Webflow or similar website builders

• Strong web design and layout skills

• Understanding of responsive design

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Good understanding of SEO best practices

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Figma

• Experience with React or modern front-end tools

• Understanding of conversion-focused website design

• Experience with animations and interactive design

• Experience working with professional service businesses
