We're hiring a Web Design Intern at Grid & Flow. 🙌

We build websites for visionary founders across luxury, fintech, ag-tech, and AI. Our work covers everything from UX and wireframing to Webflow development and AI-powered workflows. If you want real experience on real projects with real clients, this is it.

This is a 3-month remote internship. Perform well and there's a full-time role waiting for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing visually engaging, conversion-focused websites

• Building responsive web layouts and user-friendly interfaces

• Collaborating on design projects from concept to execution

• Supporting front-end development activities

• Ensuring every deliverable is consistent with brand aesthetics and functionality

What we're looking for:

• Strong eye for design and obsessive attention to detail

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Webflow

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field

• Most importantly, a genuine willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership

You don't need to know everything. But you need to be skilled at something and hungry to get better at everything else.
