The Web Designer is responsible for designing and building high-performing, user-centric websites using WordPress and Webflow. This role combines design thinking with hands-on implementation, ensuring that all digital experiences are visually compelling, intuitive, and optimized for conversion.
• Design and develop responsive, user-focused websites using WordPress and Webflow.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into intuitive, conversion-driven user experiences.
• Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all digital assets.
• Optimize website structure, navigation, and layouts based on UX best practices.
• Improve website performance, SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Conduct UX audits and recommend improvements based on user behavior and data.
• Implement and customize templates, components, and CMS structures in WordPress and Webflow.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to align design with campaign goals.
• Ensure consistency in branding, design systems, and user experience across all web properties.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Balance creative design with performance, usability, and business objectives.
• Applies strong understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and conversion optimization
• Demonstrates working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end best practices
• Designs responsive, mobile-first websites
• Applies SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization techniques
• Maintains strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English
