Overview
Brightter is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to support its growing pipeline of website and digital transformation projects. The company partners with startups, professional services firms, and mid-market businesses to create modern, high-converting digital experiences.

This position has the potential to grow into a long-term engagement of 30–40 hours per week based on performance and fit.
What You'll Work On
- Design UX/UI for Webflow and WordPress websites.
- Create polished wireframes, user flows, and responsive layouts.
- Build visual systems aligned with brand guidelines.
- Design reusable components, interaction patterns, and design systems.
- Collaborate with strategists, developers, and content teams.
- Deliver clean, organized Figma files with proper annotations.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing modern websites.
- Experience with SaaS, agencies, startups, or professional services is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Ability to create both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs.
- UX-first mindset with a focus on conversion-driven design.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and modern UI patterns.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
