Job Responsibilities

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centric web interfaces.

● Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Framer, and Webflow.

● Apply best practices in UI/UX design to deliver visually appealing and intuitive digital products.

● Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on design solutions.

● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, particularly award-winning website designs (e.g., Awwwards).

● Support the development team by providing design assets and ensuring design consistency across platforms.

Job Requirements

• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Framer, and Webflow.

• Web Technologies: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Portfolio: Demonstrated hands-on experience in website design, preferably with examples inspired by or submitted to platforms like Awwwards.

• Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes and user flows.

• Adapt to changing project requirements and work comfortably in agile or iterative environments.

• Design thinking approach with a focus on solving real user problems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX or web design.

• Portfolio showcasing website design projects and proficiency with required tools.
