Join the team as a Senior Webflow Developer and drive the creation of visually stunning, interactive, and high-converting web experiences. You will play a pivotal role in translating design concepts into seamless, responsive Webflow sites, with a strong focus on performance, SEO, and advanced web animation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an expert developer passionate about building standout digital experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end development of Webflow sites, converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive pages.
- Implement, manage, and optimize CMS collections, components, forms, and custom embeds within Webflow.
- Develop interactive animations using Webflow interactions, GSAP, Three.js, and motion tools like Lottie, Rive, and Spline.
- Integrate analytics (GA4, GTM, PostHog) and implement comprehensive tracking for events and conversions.
- Drive technical SEO strategies, including metadata, indexing, redirects, structured data, and speed optimization.
- Design and execute CRO initiatives, including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and conversion-focused enhancements.
- Automate workflows and integrations via APIs, webhooks, and tools like Make, Zapier, HubSpot, and Airtable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS, responsive builds, and complex components.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with attention to cross-browser compatibility and clean code standards.
- Track record of transforming Figma designs into high-quality, production-ready Webflow pages.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, page structure, web performance, and Core Web Vitals.
- Proven experience with analytics implementation and data-driven decision making.
- Expertise in web animations (GSAP, Three.js, Webflow interactions) and motion asset integration (Lottie, Rive, Spline).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaborating effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with 3D asset integration and creative interactive web experiences.
- Background in conversion rate optimization and UX/UI best practices.
- Familiarity with automation platforms and advanced workflow integrations.
