About the Role
Phoenix Studio is looking for an innovative and skilled Webflow Developer to join our growing web team. You'll collaborate with designers and marketers to build visually captivating and performance-driven websites. We want a creative individual with strong Webflow expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for stunning UI/UX.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling websites with high-end UI animations and smooth web interactions on Webflow, using Figma designs.
- Add creativity and out-of-the-box ideas to enhance website look and feel.
- Build and iterate on all types of Webflow pages: homepages, landing pages, blogs, etc.
- Optimize websites for speed, scalability, SEO, and tablet/mobile responsiveness.
- Maintain brand consistency across all delivered web properties.
- Follow best practices in web standards, accessibility, and usability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bridge design and development.
- Provide hands-on support for website maintenance and updates.
- Stay current with industry best practices and new CMS/landing page tools.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven, full-time experience in Webflow development.
- Deep knowledge of Webflow and completion of Webflow developer courses.
- Proficient in using Figma and similar design tools.
- Strong skills in JavaScript and jQuery (can create custom interactions and functionalities).
- Experience with advanced CSS, animations, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of integrating GSAP, Attributes, Wized, and Custom JS libraries with Webflow preferred.
- Competence in building and managing complex CMS collections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, deadline-oriented, great at multitasking, and a problem-solver.
- Webflow Expert certification is a plus.
