We’re looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to lead a large-scale website redesign and migration project.

Role Description

• End-to-end Webflow build and migration execution (~1,500–2,000 pages including marketing pages, blogs, and resource library)

• CMS architecture design and page/template system setup

• Migration planning for large-scale content (including URL mapping and redirects)

• Implementation of complex integrations across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, experimentation, and other connected systems

• Collaboration with internal design and product stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Webflow development experience (enterprise or large-scale projects)

• Proven experience migrating websites from WordPress to Webflow

• Deep understanding of CMS architecture and scalable design systems

• Experience working with SEO-sensitive migrations (Core Web Vitals, redirects, metadata preservation)

• Ability to work independently and own delivery end-to-end

• Comfortable working with complex multi-system integrations
