Product Designer (UI/UX)

Job Overview:

As a Product Designer at Ark7, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our platform. You’ll work closely with engineering and leadership to design intuitive, high-quality interfaces that simplify complex financial concepts and drive user engagement. This role requires exceptional Figma skills and strong product thinking.

We welcome applications from highly talented new graduates, but candidates must demonstrate outstanding design ability and Figma expertise.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma

• Build, maintain, and scale design systems in Figma

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership

• Translate complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces

• Iterate quickly based on feedback, user data, and product needs

Qualifications:

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (required)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating product/UI/UX design skills

• Ability to create clean, modern, and highly usable interfaces

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Ability to think both strategically and executionally

• Outstanding new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Bonus: experience in fintech, marketplaces, or real estate
