About The Role
We are looking for an experienced No-Code / Low-Code Platform Architect who can lead a delivery team, own client engagements end-to-end, and design scalable solutions across the modern no-code/low-code ecosystem.
This is primarily a leadership and client-facing role you will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, responsible for selecting the right platform, understanding business requirements, and communicating the solution clearly.
The ideal candidate is platform-fluent equally comfortable across tools like Airtable, Retool, Bubble, Webflow, n8n, Make, and Glide and brings proven team management experience alongside excellent client communication skills.
You will manage the delivery team day-to-day, lead requirements discovery sessions, and ensure solutions are architected for scale, maintainability, and client adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the no-code/low-code delivery team, including task allocation, sprint planning, capacity management, and day-to-day performance oversight.
- Own end-to-end client communication: lead requirements discovery sessions, present solution designs, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive alignment from scoping through delivery.
- Evaluate and recommend the right platform(s) for each client engagement, considering use case, scale, integration needs, and total cost of ownership.
- Lead structured requirements gathering with clients, documenting business needs and translating them into clear, platform-agnostic solution specifications for the team.
- Design and oversee the build of scalable workflows, databases, interfaces, and automations across no-code/low-code platforms.
- Integrate solutions with external systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation middleware such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, and engineering.
- Mentor and upskill junior developers across multiple platforms and toolsets.
- Define and maintain delivery standards, documentation, and SOPs for the no-code/low-code practice.
- Architect solutions and present them to client stakeholders clearly, explaining platform choices and technical trade-offs in business language.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years working with no-code/low-code platforms in a delivery or consulting capacity.
- Deep hands-on experience across one or more platforms such as Airtable, Retool, Bubble, Webflow, Glide, AppSmith, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with integration and automation tooling, including :
- Zapier / Make / n8n
- Workflow automation and integration middleware
- REST APIs and webhooks
- Database schema design and relational data modelling
- Ability to assess and match the right platform to a given business problem and justify the choice to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing requirements sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills able to run calls independently, handle escalations, and keep clients aligned.
- Proven experience managing or leading a development team, including task delegation, mentoring, and quality review.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to scalability and process efficiency.
Good To Have
- Scripting knowledge in JavaScript or Python to extend platform capabilities beyond native features.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, RevOps, or internal operations systems as a solution consumer or builder.
- Exposure to enterprise delivery environments and multi-stakeholder projects.
- Understanding of security, permissions, and governance in no-code/low-code environments.
- Familiarity with product management, sprint planning, or agile delivery practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- We are open to candidates from adjacent backgrounds such as : No-code/low-code consulting, Automation engineering, Internal tools development, RevOps or operations engineering, Workflow/process automation.
- We value demonstrated capability over strict years of experience.
- Candidates who can clearly show the ability to manage a team, own client communication, and deliver quality no-code/low-code solutions are encouraged to apply even if they fall slightly short on the stated thresholds.
- Candidates fluent in at least one major platform who can ramp up on others quickly are also welcome to apply.
